The presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama, has expressed his gratitude to the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah.
This was when the renowned man of God made it to the former President’s meeting with the clergy on Tuesday as part of preparations for the 2024 election.
The meeting which was coupled with prayers had several clergymen and women nationwide in attendance to pray for Mr Mahama.
In a short address, Mr Mahama appreciated all the attendees and expressed joy for answering to his call.
He noted that, he couldn’t single any one of them out but was pleased that Rev Owusu-Bempah was also present.
“My dear brothers and sisters in the faith, I cannot single any of you out because we are all distinguished members of the bodies of Christ. But I would like to welcome my good friend, Rev Owusu Bempah I noticed I got the loudest applause in the introduction and I want to thank him for answering the call.
“This was to everybody who is in the body of Christ and I’m happy he accepted to be here with us thank you very much,” he said.
The gathering brought together a diverse group of church leaders from various denominations, including the Catholic, Pentecostal, Charismatic, and spiritual churches.
