The Paramount Chief of Buipe, Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor II, has honoured the Chief Executive Officer of GoldBod, Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., in recognition of his outstanding leadership, humility, selflessness, and significant contribution to Ghana’s economic transformation.

The honour was conferred during a courtesy visit by the revered traditional ruler to GoldBod, where Mr. Gyamfi was presented with a traditional smock and a symbolic spear medal—one of the highest distinctions in Gonjaland. The gesture underscored the Chief’s appreciation for Mr. Gyamfi’s dedicated service and commitment to national development.
In his remarks, Sammy Gyamfi expressed profound gratitude to the Buipewura for the recognition, describing it as both humbling and motivating. He reaffirmed his commitment to leading GoldBod with integrity, excellence, and a steadfast focus on delivering meaningful economic benefits to the people of Ghana.
The visit also created an avenue for constructive discussions on key areas including agriculture, industrialisation, and investment opportunities within the Savannah Region. Both leaders emphasised the importance of sustainable development, job creation, and value addition to Ghana’s natural resources as essential drivers of long-term growth and prosperity.
GoldBod, under Mr. Gyamfi’s leadership, continues to strengthen partnerships with traditional authorities, stakeholders, and development partners in pursuit of Ghana’s broader economic transformation agenda.
