President John Dramani Mahama has named Malik Basintale, the Deputy National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
The appointment comes in the wake of the resignation of Kofi Baah Agyepong, the outgoing CEO, who cited personal commitments and aspirations as reasons for stepping down.
Mr. Basintale, a vibrant and influential figure in Ghanaian politics, is set to officially assume office on Monday, January 27, 2025.
