Moses Bosompem has reportedly been arrested at the airport in connection with an alleged US$224 million share fraud involving Adamus Resources.

The reported arrest has brought renewed attention to a long-running dispute surrounding the ownership and corporate control of Adamus Resources and related companies.
The case is said to involve questions surrounding changes made to the company’s corporate structure and a share-transfer document dated November 7, 2022.
The matter has also drawn attention to proceedings before an Australian court involving Adamus Resources Pty Limited, as well as separate litigation in Ghana.
However, Nguvu Holdings Limited and Nguvu Mining Limited, the companies associated with Adamus Resources, have strongly rejected the allegations.
In a rejoinder issued on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Nguvu Holdings described the publication as false and misleading, insisting that Bosompem had not been arrested on the basis of any share fraud.
The company also disputed the reported US$224 million figure, arguing that the amount does not represent the value of shares transferred or money received by Nguvu Mining, Bosompem or Angela List.
Nguvu further maintained that Bosompem was duly appointed Director and Secretary of Adamus Resources Pty Limited on October 20, 2022, according to records of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The company also disputed the interpretation of the Australian court proceedings, arguing that the judgment did not establish that Bosompem had committed fraud or any criminal offence.
Nguvu Holdings has demanded an immediate retraction of the publication and called for its rejoinder to be given equal prominence.
The company has also threatened legal action against media outlets that continue to publish what it describes as false allegations.
The dispute is expected to remain under scrutiny as authorities and the parties involved address the competing claims surrounding the ownership, corporate control and share transactions involving Adamus Resources.
