Parliament approves towing levy – CVM REJOINDER

Very shameful decision by the Roads and Transport Committee of Parliament.

This is a very useless Law ever to be forced on Ghanaian Drivers.

It does not make sense to monopolize the payment of mandatory towing levy to only the Road Safety Management Services Limited(RSMSL).

The Government should allow other Private Towing Companies to come on board to promote fair Competition and ensure value for money as well as protecting the towing preference of Drivers.

What about the current Insurance and Road Saftey Levy that Drivers pay?

The Roads and Transport Committee of Parliament needs to think outside the box.

Ghanaians will become very disappointed in President Akufo-Addo’s Government if this useless monopoly of towing levy law passed by the NDC Government is implemented.
