Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, and her husband, Keche Andrew, remain married despite the end of their long-standing professional partnership with music group Keche.

A statement issued by GEM Multimedia Ghana Ltd has clarified that Joana’s decision to end her business relationship with Keche Global should not be interpreted as a separation from her husband or a breakdown in their family relationship.
Joana Gyan Cudjoe, who has been closely associated with the management and business affairs of Keche since 2019, is bringing her seven-year professional involvement with the group to an end.
According to the statement, the decision is strictly business-related and has no bearing on Joana’s marriage to Keche Andrew, whose real name is Andrew Kofi Cudjoe.
The company stressed that while Joana will no longer be involved in the management and commercial operations of Keche, the personal relationship between her and Andrew remains intact.
It further indicated that there is no dispute, bitterness or hostility behind the decision, describing the development as the conclusion of a professional chapter.
Following the change, Keche Andrew and his longtime musical partner, Keche Joshua, born Joshua Kojo Ampah, will continue their careers together under Keche Global.
Joana and GEM Multimedia Ghana Ltd, however, will no longer oversee the group’s management, financing, investment, executive production, promotion and other related business activities.
During her time with the group, Joana played a significant role as an investor and Executive Producer, contributing to the development of Keche and its music projects over the years.
Despite her exit from the business side of the group, she has encouraged fans to continue supporting Keche as the duo moves into a new phase of its career.
She urged supporters to keep streaming the group’s songs, watching their music videos, attending their shows and backing their upcoming projects.
Joana also expressed appreciation for the journey she shared with both Keche Andrew and Keche Joshua, maintaining that the end of their professional arrangement does not erase the personal bond between them.
The statement described Keche as family, while making a clear distinction between the end of the business partnership and Joana’s marriage to Andrew.
The development therefore signals a change in the management and business structure surrounding Keche, rather than a divorce between Joana Gyan Cudjoe and Keche Andrew.
