The first flight carrying the second batch of Ghanaians from South Africa has successfully departed, marking another important step in the government’s efforts to bring its citizens back home.

Passengers were seen waving Ghanaian flags with excitement and gratitude as they boarded the flight, expressing appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama for facilitating their safe return.
Many of the returnees praised President Mahama for his leadership and commitment to the welfare of Ghanaians abroad, describing the evacuation and repatriation process as timely and reassuring.
The emotional departure was filled with joy and relief as the passengers began their journey back to Ghana, where they look forward to reuniting with their families and loved ones
