The Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Osman Ayariga, has met students at the Goaso Nursing and Midwifery Training College as part of the party’s Ahafo Regional TEIN (Tertiary Education Institutions Network) conference.

Addressing the gathering, Ayariga commended the energy and enthusiasm of the students and reiterated what he described as the NDC’s strong appeal among young people in Ghana.
He stated that the party has “delivered on every promise made,” pointing to a number of youth-focused interventions and initiatives associated with the John Dramani Mahama-led administration under what he referred to as the “Reset Agenda.”
Among the programmes he highlighted were the National Apprenticeship Programme, the No Fee Stress policy, the Adwumawura Programme, and the One Million Coders initiative.
Ayariga encouraged young people to take advantage of these opportunities, describing them as “beautiful programs” designed to support skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment for the youth.
He also used the occasion to rally support among the students, referencing campaign slogans and hashtags including #youthpower, #reset, and #onGod.
The engagement forms part of ongoing outreach activities by the NDC’s youth wing to connect with students in tertiary institutions across the country.
