Management has expressed concern over the spread of inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading information, warning that such narratives have the potential to misinform workers, local communities, and the general public.
Heath Goldfields reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, emphasizing that it communicates through proper and verifiable channels. The Company noted that it will continue to engage constructively with regulators, its workforce, and key stakeholders to ensure accurate information is disseminated.
Operations at the Bogoso-Prestea Gold Mine remain active, with ongoing work aligned with the approved Mine Development Plan and under the supervision of the Minerals Commission of Ghana. The Company stated that all financing and operational activities are being conducted in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
