President-elect John Dramani Mahama has reaffirmed his commitment to working both within and outside Ghana to ensure a brighter and more prosperous future for the nation’s youth and vulnerable populations.
Mahama said this in a Facebook post on December 24 where he shared details of his visit with the Presidents of Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, and Gabon.
He highlighted the importance of fostering strong relationships with Ghana’s geographical neighbors and friends in West Africa and across the continent.
“I just wrapped up an incredible visit with the Presidents of Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, and Gabon as part of my commitment to fostering strong relationships with our geographical neighbours and friends in West Africa and on the continent.
“My discussions with the various leaders reaffirmed our shared values and aspirations for progress across the continent. Our conversations touched on exploring opportunities for collaboration in trade, security, and sustainable development, ensuring that our partnerships benefit not only our nations but the people we serve,” Mahama stated.
