Tourism information centre inaugurated in Accra

The Ministry of Tourism Culture and Creative Arts in collaboration with the Japanese government has constructed a one point two million Ghana cedis tourism information centre in Accra.

The project which is a public-private-partnership will be a one stop shop for tourists and travellers to access reliable tourism information and services.

Speaking at the inauguration of the centre, the Minister, Mrs. Elizabeth Ofosu-Agyare said the project is a policy strategy that the Ministry and the Private sector have adopted to increase employment and wealth creation. Thus, as part of government’s agenda to achieve and Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy and the SDGs.
