IEA Begins 2016 Debate In June

The Institute of Economic Affairs, IEA, will begin its 2016 Presidential debate from June to July this year.

The debate will as usual feature only candidates whose parties have representation in parliament.Ghanapoliticsonline.com

Announcing the programme in Accra, the Executive Director of the IEA, Jean Mensa said the institute will ensure that the debate is centered on accountability and not personality profiles.

She said a survey by the institute shows that there is growing appetite by citizens to know the intentions of the two leading political parties in order to make informed choices during the November 7 election.
