Ekow Micah freed

An Accra Circuit Court presided over by Mr Aboagye Tandoh has acquitted and discharged Popular Reggae musician Lester Ekow Micah Monday.

The Rastafarian was on August 4 arrested by the Airport Police over an alleged extortion case currently in another circuit court.

The Police visited Micah’s house to conduct a search and in the process, found a quantity of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp concealed in his bag, which led to his prosecution.
