President John Mahama will today address supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the Accra Sports Stadium in the party’s final rally to round off the party’s 2016 campaign.
Thousands of supporters are expected to mass up in the Accra Stadium.
According to the National Campaign Coordinator of the NDC, Kofi Adams, the party is expecting members from various regions to attend the event.
“We expect party members from within the regions to honour the invitation at the Greater Accra Regional branch of the party. This is a very important function which will bring to a close our campaign activities”, he stated in an interview with Citi FM.
The NDC’s final rally comes a day after that of its main rival, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
