I will expose Judges begging Anas for mercy – Baako

Editor-in-chief of the Crusading Guide Newspaper, Kweku Baako has threatened to unmask the true hypocritical nature of  certain Lawyers who have sued Anas and co for contempt of court.

He was angry with these Lawyers for their conduct in playing dirty games in the big scandal, revealing that the said lawyers are pleading with him and Anas to manipulate evidence in favour of their clients, but have run to court to also oppose the same evidence and seeking court action against the petitioner, Anas.

“You don’t go out there pleading for four of your clients, pleading for mercy and asking for evidence to be manipulated and then you file a writ seeking to imprison those who are working for the good of the country,” Baako  disclosed on Joy FM’s Newsfile, Saturday.

“Sooner than later we will expose that lawyer.”

Thirty four judges in Ghana’s Judiciary have been captured on video taking bribes to compromise their judgment on certain cases.

The judicial Council has already suspended 22 of the lower court judges implicated in the scandal, pending investigations, while 12 High Court judges are also facing impeachment.
