In a bid to build the capacities of Ghanaian creatives, renowned musician and Presidential Staffer for The Black Star Experience, Mr. Rex Omar, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Alex Asafo Agyei, the Registrar of the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat, to discuss the allocation of scholarship quotas for creatives and creative entrepreneurs in Ghana.
