The presentation comes just days before the official dissolution of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic, scheduled for Monday (6 January). On the same day, the 9th Parliament will convene at 11:00 PM to elect a Speaker and two Deputy Speakers.
According to a statement issued by the Parliamentary Service, the Speaker-elect, along with newly elected Members of Parliament, will take their oaths at midnight, officially transitioning to the next legislative term.
To ensure seamless media coverage of these significant events, Parliament has advised journalists and media organizations to secure accreditation in advance.
