Young Professionals for John Mahama and Amissah Arthur for the 2016 elections earlier this morning made donations of an undisclosed number of party branded 2016 T-shirts to the Parliamentary Candidate for Trobu, Efua Sekyi-Aidoo .
The donations were made after members of the group joined teeming supporters of the party in the constituency for a walk meant to energize the base of the party.
The walk was led by the candidate Sekyi-Aidoo who was flanged in thick crowds that poured out to show support for her bid to win the seat and to represent the party in the constituency.
Party supporters present were addressed by the candidate after the walk came to a successful end. She took the opportunity to admonish her party members in the constituency to work hard for the NDC in the constituency.
She also advised her constituents to see peace as a right and not a privilege, a theme adopted for the walk and to strive to tolerate the views of all no matter their political leanings.
