Former President Mahama celebrates Farida as she turns 10 today

Former President John Mahama’s daughter is a decade old today. To mark the occasion, her father, who happens to be the immediate ex-president of Ghana, took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter who many believe he cherishes dearly.

The proud father of the now ten year old Farida Gyamfua Mahama took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter with some adorable throwback pictures of her. He captioned one of the pictures, “Permit me to flood your timeline today… my baby is 10years old, Happy birthday Farida #FaridaMahama”.

Farida Mahama is fondly remembered for the touching letter she wrote and addressed to her father after the defeat of his party, the NDC in the 2016 General Elections. She was seen standing close to her father in the final thanksgiving ceremony to mark the end of her father’s tenure as president of Ghana
