Interior Minister Confident Security Apparatus Would Deliver On Election Day

The Minister for Interior, Prosper Bani has expressed confidence that the security apparatus will help to deliver another credible election on Wednesday December 7, 2016.

He said all the necessary logistics and human resources have been marshalled to ensure that Ghana’s image as a beacon of peace remains intact and unblemished.

Mr. Bani gave his final assurance hours before election when he hosted the media to a soiree in Accra.

Mr. Bani reiterated the need for all to be law abiding, stressing that the law will be applied to all and sundry if anyone is found culpable.

He commended the media for their partnership especially in the area of education and information. He said that cannot be over emphasized.

The Inspector General of Police, (IGP), John Kudalor who managed to put out a few words appealed to Ghanaians to uphold the law in exercising their franchise.

He noted that the law is no respecter of any person, therefore, all must comport themselves.

Mr. Kudalor said all the need logistics and manpower have been duly deployed.
