Ignore EC’s voter registration date – Mugabe Maase

Broadcast journalist Salifu Maase has assured Ghanaians to ignore the announcement by the Electoral Commission that the compilation of new voters register will start from June.

Director of Electoral Services of the EC confirmed days ago that the compilation of the new voters’ register is scheduled to take off by June ending to July after an Inter Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting with political parties.

Speaking on the issue on the hottest political show in Ghana Inside Politics on Power 97.9FM, Monitored by Ghanapoliticsonline.com Mugabe Maase said physically and spiritually, the chairman of Electoral Commission is weak so Ghanaians should ignore her weak decisions which will not see the light of day.

Mugabe adds up to many top political figures who have also declared that the new voters register will not come on with different reasons.

He ended by saying that he absolutely supports the stance of the National Democratic Congress.
