Yaw Ampofo Ankrah starts Radio seminar with Global Fm in Ho, Volta region

A two-day seminar on the fundamentals of radio broadcasting is currently underway at Global FM 105.1 in the Volta Region. The station which was launched barely two weeks ago, aims at becoming one of the most competitive media houses in the Volta Region and beyond.

The seminar is being navigated by ace sports journalist and broadcaster Yaw Ampofo Ankrah who is using the platform to mark his 20th anniversary in radio and TV broadcasting which began in 1996 with Sunshine Radio. He has also practised at Joy FM, TV3, the BBC, Metro TV, Atlantis Radio, YFM, ETV, Rainbow Radio, Radio XYZ and currently an anchor with Supersport.

The orientation course opened with a by the former Volta regional director and renowned educationist Mr. Emmanuel Keteku. Addressing the participants, Mr Egypt Kobla Kudoto a consultant for Global FM advised that they take the radio industry as a business with all seriousness, dedication and passion.
