We’ve not introduced designs for ‘do or die’ paraphernalia, ignore them – NDC

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has distanced itself from all ‘do or die’ paraphernalia going around on social media.

Since the famous ‘do or die’ comment by former President John Dramani Mahama a few months ago, some people have taken advantage to print out paraphernalia including branded T-shirts that carry the logo of the umbrella party.

With the branding of T-shirts flooding various pages on social media, the NDC has issued a statement to set the records straight.

“We wish to state without any equivocation that neither the NDC nor any of its assigns has sanctioned these paraphernalia which are the obvious creation of some faceless individuals who are up to mischief.

“The General Public is hereby urged to disregard such images and treat them with the contempt they deserve,” an NDC statement signed by National Communications Officer Sammy Gyamfi has said.

The NDC deems the images of the paraphernalia as despicable while adding that it appears to portray violence under a misguided and malicious misrepresentation of “Do or Die”.
