About 40 thousand NDC members and supporters are expected to attend the 16th campaign launch of the party at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in the Central Region.
Television sets will be mounted around the stadium for those supporters who will not have the opportunity to enter the stadium to observe proceedings.
A visit to the stadium showed that all is set for the campaign launch.
The Cape Sports Stadium, the Deputy Co-ordinator of the 2016 NDC Campaign, Lawyer Adu Yeboah said all is being done for a successful campaign launch.
He said the NDC’s campaign to retain power will officially kick start on Monday after the launch today, Sunday, August 14, 2016.
