*THIRD NDC UNITY WALK, CAPE COAST: APPRECIATION TO ALL*

The Central Regional Branch of the NDC wishes to express our heartfelt appreciation to all stakeholders who made yesterday’s Unity Walk possible and remarkable especially the commitment, enthusiasm, zeal and activism demonstrated from the rank and file of our party today as well as the good decision of party leadership from National, Regional, Constituencies, and branches to travel from far and near to participate actively in the walk held yesterday, 6th November, 2017.

We are very much grateful to Hon Kojo Bonsu and his team, Hon Paul Evans Aidoo, Hon Alfred Ekow Gyan (Hon Abbot), Senior Araba Tagoe, Comrade Richard Kirk-Mensah and all our Western Region Compatriots who participated in solidarity with us. To Chairman Ade Coker, Senior V. S. Quarshie-Adonoo, Commander Anthony Nukpenu, Comrade Francis Nortey and all the Greater Accra team who participated and made our walk a great success, we say God bless you. To Comrade Brogya Genfi, Comrade Samed Akalilu and the other members of the Ashanti Regional delegation, we are most grateful.

Our deepest gratitude goes to all our invited dignitaries who responded promptly to our call and participated fully especially our National Executives (Captain Joshua Hamidu Akamba, Comrade Solomon Yaw Nkansah, Hon Lawyer Samuel Adu Yeboah and Hon Alhaji Baba Larmin Abu Sadat), we will always owe you tonnes of gratitude. To all members of the CR-NDC family especially our incumbent MPs, our former Ministers, former MPs, Members of the Accra Caucus, former CEOs, former Ambassadors, former Board Members, former MMDCEs, former PCs, Constituency Chairmen and their Executives who played active roles in the organization and also those who participated in the Walk, we are grateful.

It is an honor to thank the Regional Police Command for providing the needed security, traffic control and crowd management assistance which ensured that our activity ended peacefully without any security breaches whatsoever. Special appreciation goes to the media in the Region for the various roles played before, during and after the Unity Walk and finally to our grassroots activists of our party from all the 23 Constituencies of CR for the resilience, fortitude, efforts and strong commitment shown towards the rebuilding to recapture power to continue the transformational agenda of our Nation and Region. Long live the NDC! Long live our homeland Ghana!! Thank you all.
