The Northern bazaar opens in grand style (Video)

Chief Executive Officer of Northern Bazaar, Samata Adams hosted a section of people within the Creative Arts Industry including Arts writers during the opening of her new restaurant called Northern Bazaar.

The Northern Bazaar which was outdoored in a grand style is located at Abelenkpe in Accra is a unique eatery that focuses on serving local Northern dishes that are not common in the southern part of the Country.

Speaking in an interview with AttractiveMustapha.com, Madam Samata Adams said she used to be a Banker but had to quit and focus her restaurant business because that is her passion and she loves to provide customers with tasty food prepared in a healthy way.

” I wish to see people enjoy good meals in a serene and hygienic environment. It’s a passion and that is why I left my Bank job to do what I enjoy most”. She also believes that the monetary gains will be better than what she used to earn at the Bank.

Samata Adams, the CEO of The NORTHERN BAZAAR was born in Yendi. She had her basic education at Datus Complex School in Tema, and had her senior high education at Ghana Secondary School in Kofridua. She had her first degree in Banking and Finance at the Islamic University in Accra.

She has had working experiences at both Fidelity bank and Stanbic bank; currently she is reading Law at GIMPA.

On going into the creation of The Northen Bazaar – her latest venture – it has always been her dream to be an entrepreneur and she has recently made it public that, it is a dream come through. “Cooking is my hobby and those who know me personally can attest to the fact that Samata will not eat anything if it is not nutritious.” The adorable lady told us.

The happily married woman and mother of a daughter, chose the name, ‘The Northern Bazaar’, because of her love for good (quality) food, plus, she wanted to be the only one cooking northern delicacies that (arent) can’t be sold here in Accra, Ghana. In same vein, she added other local and continental dishes because she does not want other tribes and nationalities to be left out.
