The five-member panel of Judges, chaired by the Chief Justice, Georgina Wood, said the orders given are in pursuant to Article two of the Constitution.
The Supreme Court gave the orders in respect of an application filed by a former National Youth Organiser of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Abu Ramadan, in May seeking clarification and further directions on the court’s judgement on his suit, challenging the credibility of the current voters register.
