Rita Diamond Empowers Aspiring Journalists with Hands-On TV Production Training

Veteran Ghanaian media personality, Rita Diamond, who also serves as the Head of Television and a producer at the home-based TV station, has provided training for over 50 journalists from various schools seeking practical experience in television production.

This annual training program has been successfully concluded, and 10 media students were offered job opportunities upon completion.

Madam Rita Diamond initiated this yearly media training program because she recognized that many graduates from different media schools struggle to succeed in their careers due to a lack of practical skills.

Aligned with their vision, the program aims to train and offer opportunities to graduates from various media schools who have not had the chance to gain practical experience.

HOMEBASE TV is a Ghanaian entertainment channel catering to a diverse audience of all ages and backgrounds, covering the Greater Accra, Ashanti, parts of the Eastern, and parts of the Central regions of Ghana. There are plans to expand its coverage throughout the rest of Ghana by establishing transmission installations to reach a broader viewer base. Additionally, HOMEBASE TV is available on pay-per-view channels in the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
