10:45am: NASA leaders are currently held up in a meeting at the Intercontinental Hotel in Nairobi ahead of the swearing.

9:30am: Reports have emerged that the government has shut down Citizen Tv for allegedly airing the NASA swearing-in. The reports remain unconfirmed.

9:15am: Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka expected at Uhuru Park in an hour. Gladys Wanga confirms.

9:00am: NASA supporters continue streaming to Uhuru Park.

8:55am: NASA leaders arrive at Uhuru Park. A section of NASA leaders have started arriving at Uhuru Park led by Homa Bay Women Rep Gladys Wanga.

8:40am: Police release buses ferrying Nasa supporters earlier seized for traffic offences; they are free to proceed to Nairobi, Voi OCPD Chesire says.

8:30am: Many left puzzled as bee hives are found at Uhuru Park behind the VIP section.

8:15am: Anti-riot police officers have withdrawn from Uhuru. It is not clear why the officers were withdrawn from the park.

8:00am: A handful of supporters have started streaming at Uhuru Park without any interference. Police on horses are seen patrolling the venue.
