President Mahama inaugurates Engineering laboratory for Tamale Polytechnic

President John Mahama, has inaugurated an Engineering laboratory for the Tamale Polytechnic.

The Tamale Polytechnic is one of many receiving such infrastructure projects in preparation towards becoming Technical universities by September this year.

The essence of the conversion is to equip graduates from the Polytechnics with skills needed for the job market.

President Mahama, again stated his commitment to see to a successful conversion by resourcing the Polytechnics.

The President, commended the Tamale polytechnic for making strides in competitive educational programs in the region.

He was hopeful the laboratory will be well utilised.

Meanwhile, President Mahama, has inspected a two storey girls dormitory, a workshop and other facilities for the Dabokpaa Technical Senior High School in the Tamale south constituency
