Patronize Made-In Ghana Goods – Hon Dzifa Gomashie

More than 200 students have participated in a vacation Youth Camp organized by Values For Life (NGO) in collaboration with the Community Youth Cultural Centre under the auspices of the National Commission on Culture.

The students were trained in basketry, batik and tie and dye as well as playing of musical instruments. They also took part in drumming and dancing.

The programme was to engage the youth in productive activities while on vacation.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 2016 Youth Creative Arts Vacation Camp in Accra, the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Dzifa Gomashie reiterated the need to patronize made in Ghana goods to grow the economy.
