Former Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, Hon Sylvester Mensah affectionately known as Sly Mensah has insinuated that no amount of unnecessary legislation will change the achievements of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah in Ghana’s history.
Hon Sylvester Mensah said even though some people played a role in the struggle for Ghana, it was eventually Dr Nkrumah who birthed the country and he in particular should be commended.
In an interview with Ghanapoliticsonline.com, the former NHIA boss said “today September 21 is known in our hearts and minds as our Founder’s Day and amount of engagements will change it.” He entreated that credit should be given where credit is due.
