Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Party, NDP, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, says she will build four salt companies along the coastal areas of the country, saying the salt revenue will be more than what Ghana earns from gold when well developed.
This will create jobs along the coastal areas.
Nana Konadu said she will enter into a two year agreement with industries in an attempt to end graduate unemployment.
The NDP leader said this when she took her turn at IEA Evening Encounter with Presidential Candidates ahead of the December 7 polls.
She challenged the current administration to fix the crisis in the energy sector to stop pushing the flight of industries into neighbouring countries.
