President John Mahama has boldly declared that he will emerge victorious in the December vote.
Speaking at Kyebi, the hometown of his main rival, Nana Akufo-Addo, the president said his developmental projects, coupled with the warm reception he received here, is enough to assure him that he is cruising to victory.
He said: “God who chooses a leader. As I said yesterday, God has already decided who will win the 2016 polls as we speak.”
“He has already decided the winner. And I know by God’s grace, by the grace of Jesus, Insha Allah, In Sha Allah, 7th December 2016, NDC will win the elections.”
President Mahama is seeking a second term against Akufo-Addo who is running for the third consecutive time.
The Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) has tipped Akufo-Addo to win the December vote on two of its pre-election survey.
The Goodman poll has also predicted victory for the NPP leader.
