NDC Polls: Muntaka wins, Kwabena Donkor loses

Alhaji Muntaka Mubarak has been retained as the parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Asawase Constituency.

He polled 1,063 of the total votes cast in the constituency while his contender Masawudu Mubarick managed 734.

 

Meanwhile, Member of Parliament for Pru East who is also a former Minister of Power, Dr Kwabena Donkor lost in the election.

 

The NDC elected its presidential and parliamentary candidates on Saturday, May 13.
