According to our sources, One person reportedly died on the spot while others sustained varied degrees of injuries when a vehicle conveying Bono and Bono East Youth Organisers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was involved in an accident on the Kintampo – Techiman Highway in the Bono East Region,
The accident was said to have occurred around 9:00pm on Saturday, 3rd October, 2020.
gathers that the youth organisers and their deputies were attending returning from a funeral when the pick up vehicle they were traveling in was involved in a head-on collision with an articulated truck which had loaded fertilizer and was heading to the Northern Region.
Nsia Kwadwo Nomoa, the Deputy Bono East Regional Organiser who was driving the vehicle died on the spot.
They were returning from a funeral at Apesika in the Kintampo South Constituency when the sad incident occurred.
