NDC Ayawaso West Donates To Muslims In Their Constituency To Mark Eid-Al Adha Celebration

Members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency, yesterday, donated food items including rice, cooking oil and ram to the Muslim communities in the constituency towards the celebration of the Eid-al Adha.

Muslims across the world celebrated the auspicious day also known as the Feast of Sacrifice, on Monday, September 12 – one of the holiest celebrations on the Islamic calendar.

The NDC executive members in West Wuogon who donates to the Muslims in the community annually, were led by their parliamentary candidate, Mr. Delali Emmanuel Kwasi Brempong, a Pharmacist, and their campaign Coordinator, Don-Pee.

In an interview with the campaign coordinator after the donation, Don Pee told GhanaPoliticsonline.com that , they will always associate with Eid-al Adha as a special occasion as it provides the opportunity for Muslims throughout the world to pray for peace, tolerance, and Allah’s blessings, irrespective of colour, religion, creed, and tribe for the development of the nation and the world at large.
