Legendary Broadcast personality Kwasi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) has gone bonkers on National Television over Enterprise Insurance’s capture of all juicy deals in the Insurance sector.
He says Enterprise Insurance has succeeded in dwarfing State Insurance Company (SIC) just because the Finance Minister has stakes in there.
KKD who has been on the case of the Finance Minister for sometime now indicated that it’s a shame that the country’s institutions have been dwarfed whiles private organizations are given all the juicy deals to make money.
He is worried that this trend in Ghana now will lead to the collapse of all state institutions due to the parochial interest of some individuals in power.
“Enterprise Insurance you are killing SIC. You are making all the money to the detriment of Ghana. You want state companies to collapse so that your pri ate organization will thrive. Fools, animals, why? We want the private person to survive but not at the detriment of state institutions,” he said.
Earlier, he had complained about Data Bank’s role in loans and bonds secured by the country indicating that it’s in bad taste because it smacks off conflict of Interest.
