JOHN MAHAMA IS THE BEST FOR THE NDC AND GHANA – Dr Christina Afia Dedaa. (COMEBACK CRUSADERS C&C)

Those jostling for the Presidential candidate stool, only Mr Mahama stands head high and is qualified to lead the party and lead the nation.

Personally, I have not heard that he has launched his re-election to. I only hear speculations that he has assured the party’s supporters and sympathizers that he will not disappoint them. But I can tell you that among those parading themselves as willing candidates; Mr Mahama stands head and shoulders above them.

If there had been a more credible alternative I would have preferred such. But if it is these bread of politicians or interlopers then I think Mr Mahama is more credible than all of them. What we should caution against is that the campaign should not hinder the 2020 victory. I will urge all party supporters who are truly caring to be methodical. Noise is not progress. It takes the bamboo tree years of watering to grow roots. It will not take us long to achieve our target but we know that structure is key. Anything great you see today was started somehow and perfected as things went along. Even at that nothing is prefect. The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement. The party must improve on what it did in 2016 and that can easily be done if Mr Mahama is elected to lead the party. We have found our voices in the United States, we’ve found our voices on radio and making life uncomfortable for our opponents on our social media platforms because of Mr John Mahama’s achievements and this government’s incompetence.

Many people who call themselves perfectionists are such that never start or get involved in anything but criticise and pick holes in what others do. They make allegations without providing evidence and crash heads to for their convenience. We are not looking for perfectionists per se….We are looking for those who understand how to start and sustain an initiative..We are looking for those who understand that even failure is very necessary part and stage in achievement of success.

We just started a come back campaign. When this idea was started a lot of Ghanaians on Facebook joined. In three days we got people from all the states and other countries. Then we kept forging on. Those who joined early have borne the brunt of our progress till date. They have promised to contribute money to support the party’s 2020 campaign. We have appointed some interim positions and so far, most of them have discharged themselves creditably. I know that the situation will see massive improvement if Mr Mahama, magnanimously accept to lead the party. Some of our friends who led the #Change campaign in 2016, have joined the comeback crusade. They cannot pay the heavy charges at our ports, their businesses in Ghana are collapsing, family members back home are crashing their lines with calls for support.

John Mahama has been vindicated and could rightly be described as the beacon and pathfinder of our nation’s development. He is not only an individual but an institution. The whole country including those who opposed his administration testifies to his uncommon humility and excellent leadership skill. Dr. Ernest Owusu Ansah was right when he wrote in his article that a nation that betrayed Mahama is now shredding crocodile tears.
