John Mahama condemns Ashanti regional NDC office shooting incidence

Ex-president John Dramani Mahama has condemned the shooting incident that occurred at the Ashanti regional party headquarters of the National Democratic Congress on 18th February, 2019 which resulted in the instant death of one and two others allegedly injured.

In a Facebook post sighted by ghanapoliticsonline.com, the former President said the culprits must be immediately arrested and subjected to the full rigours of the law.

I have just been briefed about a shooting incident that occured in front of the Ashanti Regional Office of the NDC leading to the death of one person and injury to another.

I strongly condemn this incident. It is clearly a criminal act, and I call on the police and relevant security agencies to investigate, immediately apprehend the culprits and subject them to the full rigours of the law.
