Heads of Mampong and Cape Coast Nursing and Midwifery Training Colleges and School Dispensing Optics, Oyoko in Ashanti Region have been asked to step aside with immediate effect.
This is to allow further investigations into allegations of charging exorbitant and unapproved fees for 2016/2017 academic year.
Subsequently, the Board of the Mampong Midwifery College has also been dissolved.
The Minister of Health, Alex Segbefia gave the directives at a news conference in Accra.
