Ghana paying dearly for failure to disband vigilante groups: Ameer

The Ameer and Missionary in charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, Maulvi Alhaji Mohammed Noor Bin Salih says the nation is paying dearly for its failure to disband vigilante groups by political parties.

He said it is unfortunate that some members of political parties justify crimes being committed by such groups and has called for all vigilante groups and youth wings of political parties in tertiary institutions to be dissolved.

The Ameer was speaking to the media after the 55th annual regional conference of JALSA of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission at Wa in the Upper West Region.
