Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has expressed shock and sadness at the passing of Madam Abiba Nnaba, mother of HE John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, at the Ridge Hospital in Accra on Tuesday.

Former President Kufuor, currently in Stockholm, Sweden, on a speaking engagement, has already called President Mahama to console him and the entire bereaved family.
Former President Kufuor prays that the soul of Madam Nnaba will rest in peace.
