Exposed: Government appointees demand sex for job – NPP activist narrates ordeal

An activist of the governing New Patriotic Party, NPP, Naa Ayeley Torto has accused some government appointees of sexualy harassing young ladies in favor of jobs.

In series of posts on her facebook wall, the young lady noted that most appointees of the president were not part of the party’s campaign trail leading to the 2016 victory yet are demanding sexual favors before granting young ladies of the party jobs.

‘’We work so hard to get the party into power, for some people to get appointment and after that demand for sex from the ladies at grassroot before helping them….

Who should we ladies report to when some of these Ashawo government appointees demand for sex before helping us…’’ she wrote.

In another post, Naa Ayeley wrote ‘’ We live in a country where when you are sexually harassed , you cannot say it in public…When you voice out, some irresponsible men will come out and ask you to prove if you were indeed harassed..

How can a lady who is been sexually harassed prove it, any idea?

Some irresponsible Men are taking advantage of the situation of not been able to prove of sex demand from us… 2020 is just at the corner…’’

Though she did not directly mention any name, her posts seems to be directing the anger on the Director of National Disaster Management Organization, NADMO.

‘’If Nadmo Director Agyemang Prempeh says he hasn’t demanded for sex from any lady before doing her favor,he should let us go to Antoa..’’
