The Electricity Company of Ghana, ECG, says it is optimistic that the power situation will soon normalise because GRIDCO has now taken delivery of 400,000 barrels of crude oil.
The Company says the power outages being experienced in the national capital are also affecting Kumasi.
PRO of Accra West, Eric Asante told GBC’s George Asekere that all things being equal, the power crisis will soon be a thing of the past.
On the tariff realignment which took effect on 1st July, Mr Asante said the company has not received any complaint from customers so far.
