ECG plays down strike rumours

The Public Relations Officer for the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) Accra West, Eric Asante, has denied reports that workers of the Company went on demonstration today.

He said what they did was just to express their displeasure over the recapitalisation of the company through concession and other challenges they are facing as workers.http://ghanapoliticsonline.com

Mr. Asante said they did this to mark the Public Services International Day today.
