EC loses against Hassan Ayariga

An Accra High Court has ordered the Electoral Commission (EC) to give flagbearer of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga an opportunity to correct errors on his nomination form.

The court presided over by Justice Babara Charway said the EC acted unfairly in disqualifying the Mr. Ayariga. The judge also indicated that the commission should have been more patient in dealing with the matter especially as it dealt with elections. More soon….
