Flagbearer aspirant of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Dr Kwabena Duffuor was at the Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency to back his son to victory in the party’s parliamentary primaries on Saturday.
Dr Duffuor had withdrawn from the presidential primaries after citing anomalies with the process.
But on Saturday, May 13, he visited the Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency, where his son, Kwabena Duffuor II, is contesting incumbent Dr Alex Adumako.
Unfortunately, Duffuor II lost to Hajia Afrah Nasira by eight votes.
