Court grants injunction to the affected staff of YEA

The Commercial court 3 of the Accra high court has granted an interlocutory injunction to the affected YEA staff regarding the recent mass transfer of staff by the agency.

Over 340 aggrieved staff of the agency in June this year went to court to seek redress over what they described as illegal and political mass transfer by the agency. among some reliefs they pray the court to grant was to placed a perpetual injunction on the exercise.

Presiding over the case today, Justice Daniel Mensah granted an interlocutory injunction to the affected staff of the agency…..
