Bagbin’s dispatch rider dies in motor crash

An advanced security detail of Ghana’s speaker of Parliament,  Alban Bagbin got involved in a motor crash leading to the death of a dispatch rider on the spot.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday (6 August 2021) at Juaso, triggering a huge gridlock on the Accra highway.

The yet-to-be identified motor rider crashed on the ground after a vehicle crossed them, an eyewitness said.

Two others sustained injuries and are being treated at the Juaso Government Hospital, medical officials have confirmed
